Fiyrr Technology QA/QC Web Portal Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of execution ("Effective Date") by and between **Fiyrr Technology** ("Service Provider" or "Fiyrr Technology"), and the **Customer** (the "Client" or "Contractor" using the portal), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Scope of Service

Fiyrr Technology agrees to provide the Customer with non-exclusive access to its QA/QC Web Portal (the "Service") for managing quality assurance processes, document exchange, and project workflow.

2. Fees and Payments

The Customer agrees to pay Fiyrr Technology the service charges and storage fees as selected and agreed upon during the checkout process (the "Fees").

Plan Component Terms
**Service Fee** As per selected monthly or annual plan. Annual plans receive a **30% discount** off the monthly rate.
**Storage Fee** Standard plan includes **1 GB of storage @ $10 per month, paid annually** (totaling $120 USD annually), regardless of the Service Fee payment frequency.
**Enterprise Plan** A one-time fee of **$5,000 USD** covers service, 2 years of support, custom branding, and server/storage on the Customer's infrastructure.
**Taxes** All Fees are **exclusive of government taxes** (e.g., VAT, sales tax), which shall be borne solely by the Customer.
